How agents are counted

One running instance is one agent.

  • Every running instance of an agent counts as one agent. So does every sub-agent while it is working.
  • Each day we keep the busiest moment. Your number for the month is the average of those daily highs, over the days you used KnowMyAgents.
  • Days you did not use it do not count.
  • We never stop an agent for going over. We tell you at 80% and again at 100%. You can buy a pack for the month, or move up a plan.

Can I change plans?

Yes, in the console. A move up starts at once. A move down starts at your next renewal.

What if I go over?

Nothing stops. Your agents keep running. We tell you at 80% and at 100% of your plan. You can buy a pack that adds agents for the rest of the month, or move up a plan.

Do you charge in US dollars?

Yes. All prices are in US dollars (USD), before tax.

Can I cancel?

Yes, at any time. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Then you move to Free.

Is there a contract?

No long contract. You pay monthly or yearly. Enterprise is a yearly contract.
